Ailee, also known as Korea’s Beyonce for her distinguished vocal talent and stage performance, will perform live on Saturday, June 24 (6 pm) exclusively at Pechanga Summit, Pechanga Resort Casino’s newly built massive concert space.
Ailee dreamed of becoming a singer ever since she was a small child and became very popular well before her official debut as her pop cover videos blew up with over 10 million views on YouTube.
Debuting in 2012 with her digital single “Heaven” produced by Wheesung, she instantly became a mega rookie with her song topping all music charts and critics calling her a genius artist. Since then, she has released so many hits including “I’ll Show You,” “Evening Sky,” “U&I,” “Singing Got Better” and “Don’t Touch,” and is now recognized as one of the top female solo artists.
Ailee is also known as the “OST Queen” along with Baek Ji Young. One of her mega-hit TV soundtracks “I Will Go to You Like the First Snow” from “Goblin” topped all music charts for months after the release and set the streaming record. The song is still on the streaming charts after 7 years since its release and is one of the most-sung songs at karaoke bars in Korea. Most recently, she sang an original soundtrack for “Pandora: Beneath the Paradise.”
