Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Namrita Notani joined the Tax, Trusts, & Estates practice group as an associate in the firm’s Plano office.
Namrita’s practice focuses on all aspects of helping clients develop effective and beneficial wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related estate planning documents. She prioritizes plans that minimize, defer, and eliminate taxes and ensure protection and disposition of all assets through easy-to-understand advice that gives clients a clear picture of their tax, trust, estate, and business succession plans.
Additionally, Namrita has experience as a trained mediator and has successfully settled many business and family disputes in a manner that avoided excessive costs related to protracted and expensive litigation.

In addition to her legal practice, Namrita is certified to serve as a guardian ad litem in Texas and is a fellow of the American College of Legal Medicine and a member of the Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Asian American Bar Association, American Health Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association. She serves on the Legal Ethics Committee and Elder Law Committee of the Dallas Bar Association.
