A bigot spat at a Korean woman and assaulted a Korean man in the latest anti-Asian hate attack, police said Friday.
The incident happened in Koreatown, on W. 32nd St. near Fifth Ave., at 1:30 a.m. on May 23.
The victims, both 39, were getting into an Uber when the suspect confronted them, police said.
Cops said the attacker made hateful remarks indicating he thought the duo were Chinese, then spat at the woman and shoved the man to the ground. He went on to kick the man a number of times in the leg before getting away.
The man suffered minor injuries but did not require medical attention.
