The Asian Community and Cultural Center invites everyone to the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month Celebration from 1-5 p.m. Sunday, May 19, in the Sandhills Global Event Center’s Lincoln Room, 84th and Havelock Avenue.
The event will include an exhibition of 10-12 cultures, traditional performances, an immigrant youth stories display, cultural activities, games, live music, world cuisine tasting, free health screenings and more.
This year, the dragon dance will be performed to commemorate the Year of the Dragon.
